ADHD Solutions is a not for profit charitable company in Leicester that works with children, young people and adults with ADHD, their families and any professional that works with them.

The charity has put together a booklet full of useful information on ADHD including what it is, how it affects children, strategies for overcoming some of the difficulties faced by families, strategies that can be used in the classroom and places you can go for help and advice.

You'll also find lots of information on ADHD Solutions' website, including their latest newsletter.

The company offers training too, and a summer programme of activities for children.
