Monthly online carers support group for anyone caring for an adult 18+ in Leicestershire, led by Carers Services Manager Kerry. 2-3pm every third Friday by Zoom.

Castle Donington Medical Car Scheme

Our Medical Car Service (MCS) is for patients registered with Castle Donington Surgery. The Service operates on our volunteer drivers using their own cars to transport you to your medical appointments, including GP Surgeries, hospitals, clinics.

MRC community action (Coalville volunteer car scheme)

This service is suitable for elderly and vulnerable people who cannot use a public bus service, or where none exist (applies to over 60’s only!) Local Volunteer drivers, using their own cars, help us to provide transport to health related appointments such as Doctors, Opticians, Chiropodists, Dentists.

Online support group for working age carers

This online group is aimed at carers of adults 18+ in Leicestershire, who are of working age themselves. You do not have to be in work to attend, just of working age. Occurs on the second Wednesday of each month from 7-8pm.

A monthly carers support group on the first Monday of each month 10:30- 12 noon. Come along and meet other carers in a supportive environment, with frequent guest speakers and a raffle. Optional £1 donation accepted.
