If you'd like to find out more about staying healthy the library can be a great place to start!

Larger libraries across the county have books and DVDs on all aspects of health and wellbeing plus information on local groups offering healthy activities where you live. Plus of course, you can use the libraries' computers free of charge to search for more information online.
