Looking after the person you care for is naturally very important to you, but are you looking after yourself too? Caring can be very demanding, physically, mentally and emotionally, which in turn, can affect your own health and wellbeing. To help, we’ve put together some ideas for how to look after your own health and wellbeing.

At the bottom of the page, you'll also find some support for dealing with things when your caring role comes to an end.
