A local charity offering practical and emotional support to cancer patients and their carers in Leicestershire and Rutland including complementary therapy support groups in a calm and relaxed atmosphere such as aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage and Reiki. Treatments & refreshments free of charge. No need to book. Meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from 1.30pm to 4pm.

Starting 10 March 2020, Support for Carers is offering a monthly evening support group for carers in the Hinckley and Bosworth area. Usually led by Kerry, the group meets at Desford Library on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:00 - 7:30pm, and is open to anyone aged 18+ who is caring for another adult in Leicestershire. Stay informed about things that matter to carers and meet others in similar situations to yourself in a friendly, supportive environment.
