Do you care for someone with a mental health condition?
The Carers Centre and LAMP are running a FREE training session on Wednesday 10th September from 10am to 4pm, designed to help you find out more about mental illnesses, medication and side effects, being able to say 'No', taking care of yourself, coping strategies and where to get help.
The session will take place at Gorse Covert Community Centre, Maxwell Drive, Loughborough, LE11 4RZ.
