West Leicestershire Clinical Comissioning Group is holding an event called Everyone Counts, to give carers and cared for the chance to help shape local health and care services.
The event is on Thursday 27 March from 9am to 4.30pm at Burleigh Court, Loughborough University, LE11 3TD.
You'll have plenty of opportunity to share your views and experiences of local health and care services and make suggestions on how future services could be developed, including the services you receive from your GP practice, hospitals, community staff, mental health services and others. The event will also bring together a range of knowledgeable speakers.
Bacon and egg butties will be provided on arrival in the morning, followed by a buffet lunch, as well as tea and coffee.
Places will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
