September is Older Persons' Month in Leicestershire and there's a whole range of events coming up across the county - including leisure, sporting and health promotion days.

Information & Support for Cancer Patients & Carers

One of these events is an information event for cancer patients and their carers. There is a new centre opening in Leicester and this event will be a chance for people to find out more about the help that will be available - including support groups and information. In addition, this event will be a chance for cancer patients and carers to help shape and improve cancer support services in Leicestershire.

Anyone is welcome to go along including older people and their carers. The event is taking place on Wednesday 28th September from 10.00am to 12.00pm at the Marlene Reid Centre, Coalville, LE67 3PH.
