Jointly is a mobile and online application created by carers for carers, thanks to Carers UK. It's designed to make caring a little easier, less stressful and more organised. Features include group messaging, to-do lists, medication lists and a calendar. You can use it on your own, if you're a sole carer, or as a group, if you care with others.
