Would you like help to keep your mind as well as your body healthy?
Or support to understand your mental health and wellbeing including depression, anxiety, panic attacks or why you reach for the biscuit tin when you're feeling stressed?
Harborough & District Mind, a local branch of the UK's leading mental health charity, is holding workshops covering the following topics:
Understanding your Mental Health
Overcoming Depression, Anxiety & Panic Attacks
Food & Mood
Anger Management & Emotional Wellbeing
Assertiveness & Learning How to Say No
Healthy Mind & Healthy Body
What Keeps Us Well & Coping Strategies
The workshops will run weekly for 8 weeks, starting on Tuesday 21st Feburary from 9.30am to 12.30pm during term time only at the Congregational Church Hall, Bowden Lane, Market Harborough.
